This is my favourite lazy morning breakfast! Its so quick, easy & yummy!
Ive tried many different recipes over the corse of a few years. Most where fails despite my high expectations...... BUT finally I have a recipe worth sharing!

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
4tbs salted butter
1tsp vanilla
1 cup whole milk
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl combine 2tbs melted butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Slowly whisk flour into wet ingredients to avoid clumps. Melt the remaining 2tbs of butter and coat baking dish. I recommend cooking this in a cast iron skillet or any nonstick oven safe skillet. You can also use a 9x13 pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
These are wonderful by themselves or toped with fruit, sugar, or syrup! The edges get so crispy while staying fluffy. This is my go to breakfast when I don’t fell like standing around and making pancakes or just have a busy morning. I hope you enjoy this fabulous recipe!
