Hello Lovelies!
Who doesn’t love a good blueberry cobbler in the summer time! Nothing tastes more like summer sunshine after a long day! Especially if you have some homemade ice-cream to go along with it!

This was one of my favorite recipes from the summer. Its just the right crust to blueberry ratio. The top browns perfectly and its quick and easy to make! The downloadable recipe card is at the bottom of the page if you can’t stay long.
To start preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 4tbs of salted butter in your 9x13 baking dish and place in oven to melt. I use a stone baking dish for this recipe it gives the crust and extra crunch! (If you cant tell by now I really like crunchy edges). In a separate bowl mix together blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar and lemon zest. Set aside
Lets mix that crust! In a large bowl mix together flour, 1 1/4cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Melt 1 stick of butter and let cool. Stir together flour mix butter and milk mix until smooth. Remove baking dish from oven plop in blueberries and pour batter evenly over berries. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar on top and bake 45 minutes - 1 hour till top is golden brown and bubbly! Its wonderful on its own or with ice cream! You can also sub the butter for a plant based substitute. Or the flour for a gluten free cup for cup and it bakes up just as lovely.!
Happy Baking!
