Amazing Cinnamon Rolls!

Hello Lovlies!


This is the best THE BEST cinnamon roll recipe. These oooy goooy treats are perfect for the weekend! This recipe makes a bunch and the dough freezes well if you want to save some for later!



Start by warming 1 cup of milk. In a large bowl add 2 Tbs of sugar and pour in milk when its warm to the touch but not hot. Sprinkle in packet of yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until yeast is foamy. In a stand mixer add yeast mixture, eggs, softened butter. and flour. Mix with dough hook until dough comes together. Cover and leave in warm place to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.


Lightly flour your work surface and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Melt 3/4 cup butter and set aside. Once cool mix in brown sugar, cinnamon, ground clove, and nutmeg. Spread evenly. Roll dough evenly lengthwise and cut into 1 inch sections.


Place cinnamon rolls in 9x13 baking dish and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown. I made a simple icing for these yummy cinnamon rolls! Lightly whip 1 cup of heavy cream and add in 4oz softened cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar whip until smooth!

Smother in icing and serve immediately!!
