Hello Lovelies!

Winter is well under way and so are the cozy dishes getting whipped up in my kitchen! Nothing warms the soul better than bread right out the oven. I love how the aroma makes it way through house bringing everyone to the table!
Today I wanted to share my GO TO bread recipe! I love this recipe for when i'm in a rush and don’t have all day to proof shape rest repeat.... This recipe only takes 3 hours which in the world of bread is no time at all!
For best results i suggest baking in a Dutch Oven. But its not necessary although if your not using a Dutch Oven baking times may vary. So just keep a eye on your oven! Baking in a Dutch Oven will give the bread a beautiful color, texture & that unbeatable crust.
To start this recipe mix water, honey or sugar, & yeast in bowl. Let this sit for 5 minutes till the yeast has made a foamy head. For the next step you can either kneed by hand or in mixer with dough hook. This is a wetter dough so keep that in mind and flour your hands well. Mix in salt, flour & kneed just until it comes together or pulls away from sides of mixing bowl.
Next flour all sides of dough "You don’t want it to stick" cover with tea towel & leave in warm place to proof for 1 hour.

Next generously flour your work surface and remove dough from bowl. Do Not Punch You'r Dough!!!!! You want tp preserve all those air bubbles so your bread will have a sourdough type texture! To shape your dough lightly lift and pull all the edges to the inside so it looks round. Quick hack after shaping flip dough onto parchment paper. Lift dough on parchment paper and set somewhere warm to proof for 30 more minutes.
While dough is proofing preheat oven to 460 Fahrenheit and put Dutch Oven in to preheat. This is a unnecessary step but will give you more your bread more air bubbles. gently shape dough by twisting and tucking with your hands and proof for an additional 30 minutes but this step is not necessary! lift dough with parchment and place in Dutch Oven. Bake with lid on for 30 minutes and with lid off for 10-15 minute’s till bread is golden brown. Clink the link bellow to download the recipe!! Enjoy and feel free to tag us in all your beautiful bread pictures to come!!
Happy Baking!
